Climate Pledge Fund

The Climate Pledge Fund is a corporate venture capital fund established by Amazon to support the development of sustainable technologies and services that will help meet The Climate Pledge. This initiative, co-founded by Amazon and Global Optimism, commits to achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2040, ten years ahead of the Paris Agreement’s goal. The Climate Pledge Fund focuses on investing in companies and startups that are developing innovative solutions across various sectors, including transportation, energy, manufacturing, food and agriculture, and circular economy, all aimed at reducing carbon footprints and fostering environmental sustainability.
